Bowl N'anza
Bowl N'anza was a big hit this year. We would like to thank everyone that came out and showed their support. If you didn't make it this year we hope to see you next year. For those of you who don't know about Bowl N anza, it's our annual trade show that we host here in Nashville, Tennessee. This year was a two day event. On the first day we had a Customer & Vendor Golf Outing, later that night following golf was a nine pin no-tap bowling tournament. Day two was for the main event our Bowl N'anza Trade Show.

The Golf Outing:
On July 9th, 2008 Bowling Supply hosted our first annual golf outing. We met up at Cedar Crest Golf Course a little south of Nashville. Teams were made up of about two vendors per two customers. We started the morning off with a few range balls and asking ourselves if the rain would hold out for the day. After dividing up in teams we started our race against the storms moving in. Well, with every successful event there are going to be a few hiccups along the way. Ours happened to be rain, and lots of it too. Hey, what's a good golf outing without a little rain and a little lightning. When the storm decided to hit us head on we were strung out across the front nine holes. Like ants we all scattered to the club house. After a few drinks and a little waiting out the worst of the storm, we took a vote and headed back out in the rain. After about twenty minutes or so the storm moved out and the rest of the afternoon was pretty nice. We played a Best Ball Format and teams were pretty even.

Following our Golf Outing everyone met back at the Smyrna Bowling Center for our Customer Only 9-Pin No Tap Tournament. The top five bowles recieved cash prizes listed below. We would like to thank Roy at the Smyrna Bowling Center for hosting our tournament.

Bowl N'anza
On the day following our Golf Outing and Bowl Tournament we hosted the main event, our annual trade show, called Bowl N'anza. When Bowl N'anza was started back in 2006 it was composed mostly of Ball Manufacturers. Every year following that it has continued to grow and we have added more vendors onto the list of attendees. Vendors from all parts of the Bowling Industry set up their booths each year. Similar to Bowl Expo just on a smaller scale. At Bowl N'anza you can see everything from Ball, Bags, Shoes to Aftermarket Parts, Lane Machines, and even Food Vendors. This year our new addition was BULL RIDING. Yea, that's right we had a mechanical bull. Every customer that saddled up and took a spin on the bull got free t-shirts. Be sure to keep checking back to find more info on Bowl N'anza 2009.
